Keraniganj plastic factory catches fire, eight units mobilised

A fire broke out at Aman Plastic Factory in Narikel Bagh, Keraniganj, on Sunday, prompting an emergency response from the Fire Service and Civil Defence.

According to media officer Talha bin Zasim, the fire service received the report at 12:25 PM and arrived at the factory at 12:32 PM.

Five firefighting units have been deployed to tackle the blaze, while three more are on their way to reinforce the operation. Once all units arrive, eight units will be involved in the firefighting effort.

Authorities have yet to determine what caused the fire or assess the extent of the damage.
