Over the weekend, Hollywood actress Ana de Armas stepped out in style to support Louis Vuitton artistic director Nicolas Ghesquière at a prestigious ceremony held at the Palais de l’Élysée.
During the event, Ghesquière was officially presented with the insignia of Chevalier de la Légion d'honneur by French President Emmanuel Macron, honoring his exceptional contributions to fashion ahead of the brand's Spring/Summer 2027 show.
Attending as a brand ambassador for the iconic French fashion house, de Armas opted for a nostalgic look by dipping into the Louis Vuitton archives. She selected an elegant dress from Ghesquière's early Spring 2015 collection.
More than a decade after its original debut, the design proved to be remarkably timeless. Featuring a high neckline, structured shoulders, and a glossy black finish, the classic ensemble demonstrated the enduring appeal of Ghesquière's early vision for the house.
